courage

I have heard someone said:
“Success is fruit, and difficulty is the mother earth. Without fighting with land diligently, you can’t harvest the fruit with happiness.

Success is the moon, and hardship is the sun. Without the sun, the moon cannot shine enchantingly; without hardship, a success cannot touch our spirit impressively”.

I like an easy life, and I think a normal person usually do not dislike an easy life. In the way, however, to taste the world and the life, too easy may mean to miss the feeling of treasuring and the cheer of achieving a goal.

Hardship and its twin brother, changes, always bring frustrations and uncertainties. Even though uncertainty and frustration roll down like waters, cannot be beaten down by them! Believe ourselves with the audacity of courage. With a faith, just like Dr. Martin Luther King said:” we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope.”

Light up the life.
Infuse difficulties with humor, be prepared, and
eXplore the limitlessness.

It is not good enough, but at least, it is a start. Haha.

Someone with pig head, the limitless things coming from nowhere, and frustrations always drive people crazy. But everything will pass. Be cool and go on. The world is like a playground; smile and don’t miss out the thing called life. Would you want a cup of coffee? :)

It is a long time not to writing something in English. Miss the feeling. So, let me go on~

At first, I don't want to complain my work, but it's just funny about the sentence as follow.

" Guarantee you can easy own a tragic work experience as long as you have a silly boss. " Haha!

Take a break.

What is logic? “the science that investigates the principles governing correct or reliable inference” As you do not see the whole picture, you just say it doesn’t make sense. Is that fair? There is no doubt logic is important. But I just feel tired about this.

People take actions according to their cognition, not the fact. Working so hard, then so what? What is life? Time maybe has the answer, but I don’t. Just want to see the twilight. Or push everything away for a while by listening to music. What is right? It depends. I like this answer.

Do the thing right, and do the right thing.

If you major in Business Administration, you must know the famous sentence-Management is doing things right, and leadership is doing right things, which Peter Drucker said.

In the company, every one wants to do the thing right. We have to follow the rules, keep our duty, and see things in our position. There is nothing wrong. However, it is sometimes not right or the outcome is not good enough as you look the big picture overall. For example, we all said our product’s life cycle is short, and we must respond fast to deal with changes of markets. Then, there was one problem- no one in first line can make a decision immediately when something happened. Maybe a right thing is too hard to identify, or it often shows up with risks. As engineer, it may not my business. But I can learn something from it. How about change the organization’s chart or raise the power of PM. Just thining, and nothing loses.

By the way, I am a little confused about the meaning of goals when setting KPI. I should read What Management IS again.

Home Town

I grew up in a city in which there are a lot of high-tech companies. When I was a student, I often heard that the workers in those high-tech companies had very high pay. At that time, I thought that maybe I should drop out and try to get into those companies. Then, my classmate said, "well, then you may spend much money to see doctors because of working overtime and pressure." However, there were two voices in my mind. One is "show me the money"; the other is "I want my life."

Nowadays, everyone in my home town suddenly has much free time after the financial crisis happened. Everyone thinks too much about economy and too negative. However, there are always opportunities as one is in good health. Money is important, and having enough money may be a condition. But it cannot limit our live, because we can define what enough is.

About the company

My company manufactures LCD panels which can be applied to TV, monitor, NB, mobile device, car display, smart phone, and so on. In other words, we offer display solutions.

The product of TFT-LCD which means Thin-Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display has become the display technology of choice thanks to their thin, lightweight, energy-efficient, and low-radiation characteristics.

The structure of TFT-LCD likes a sandwich. There are two glass and a layer of liquid crystal between the glass. Finally, a light source is put at the back. I am in charge of the light source component called Back Light.
